I am using my dad’s account to leave a review. My name is Sheilla Turner. I can’t say enough good things about this office. I have extremely high anxiety when it comes to dentist offices. My consultation went great even though I broke down in tears, the nursing assistant, I think her name was Kelley, reassured me everything would be fine. She was very sweet and caring. We had alot in common so that made it a bit more comfortable. Dr Jensen walked in and again reassured me I had my tooth extracted yesterday. Again they reassured me, gave me an iv and meds to relax me while waiting and then when they started putting me to sleep the nurse even rubbed my forward till I was completely out. I ended up having an infection in my jaw bone and they had to shave that also. Woke up with no pain, numbed good to get me home and still minimal pain and no swelling. I would highly recommend this dental office to anyone needing an extraction. I only wished they seen patients for other things like fillings and cleanings. I would travel the hour down there anytime

Dr. Jensen & staff were great today! He just needed to check a minor issue & he cleared it. Will go back in the future, should issue re-emerge. 5-Stars.

Well, I hesitated to write this, but after reading the other reviews, I have to. Your practice needs to fire your front desk person. I don't care if she is related to you or your wife, she needs to go. I called your office last week for an appointment for my daughter and long story short, she could've and should've made the appointment for a consultation then, but she sent me on a wild goose chase for information that she didn't even need. I called back today and started giving her that information and she cut me off more than once. I even had to take a sharp tone with her because her attitude was so bad. She is rude. She also seems to revel in being rude. Seeing reviews here from months ago about this exact thing and you haven't taken care of the problem tells me that she isn't going anywhere. I refuse to do business with, or bring my daughter to a surgeon's office to have her wisdom teeth out, if this is who represents you. Forget that. I am getting a new referral or finding a new surgeon myself. She didn't even give us an appointment until December and my daughter is having severe pain and bleeding with one of the teeth that needs to come out. Your front desk worker could not ca

My son had his oral surgery today. Dr. Jensen seems like a good person for what little interaction you actually get with him. The reception and nursing staff are awful though. The receptionist are very cut & dry, and rather unhelpful when booking the appointments. After surgery I was waiting on my son only to see him being escorted to the car and struggling to stand, let alone walk. Later on, after my son's surgery, he started crying and telling me the stitches were stabbing him. I called Dr. Jensen's office and his nurse insinuated that my son was lying and told me I needed to be a stronger mom. My son is pleading for death and saying he doesn't want to live anymore because of his pain. Yes, I gave his pain meds, but I can't seem to help him. Dr. Jensen's staff have zero compassion. I guess this is the pathetic level of care you receive when you are a Medicaid patient.

Dr Jensen is a excellent Doctor and person. He has a wonder group of people that work for him and they all show the same professionalism that he does. I was much happier with him and his services than allot of other oral surgeons I have seen. Thank you all again for your patience and compassion.
